Yes, our retreats are for women 18+ only.

This retreat includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, workshops and access into Thermae Bath Spa (including transfer to and from).

On average, London to Bristol is a 2.5 hour drive. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the M5/M4 interchange.

Absolutely, please bear in mind this is a women’s only retreat.

There is nothing strenuous on our retreat. There will be some simple somatic movement. However, any yoga poses will be accommodated to suit your ability.

Yes, 80% of our guests attend alone … but you are never alone.

This is an important question and we highly recommend, if you feel any doubt, to contact us for a Zoom meeting.

Although many participants abstain from alcohol during a retreat, there are others who are open to a drink or two over dinner. The choice is yours.

We have accommodated for some spare time to enjoy the hotel surrounds and the beautiful city of Bath.

This is your retreat, and you choose what suits you at the time. However, we encourage you to participate in all scheduled activities as some information is built on from previous sessions.
